2009 ParCFD Conference Fees

Regular Registration

Regular Registration includes:

Admission to sessions
Admission to tutorial
Book of abstracts
Conference proceedings
Evening reception
Half-day excursion (additional tickets may be purchased for $100 each)
NASA Ames Supercomputing Facility tour
Light breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during breaks

Early registration, on or before April 10, 2009: $550
Late registration, April 11, 2009 and after: $600

Student Registration

Students (ID required) who are currently registered at a College or University have a special registration rate which includes:

Admission to sessions
Admission to tutorial
Book of abstracts
Conference proceedings
Evening reception
NASA Ames Supercomputing Facility tour
Light breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during breaks

The half-day excursion is not included in the student registration price, but tickets may be purchased for $100 each.

Early registration, on or before April 10, 2009: $275
Late registration, April 11, 2009 and after: $300

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and received by the Conference Coordinator on or before the above deadlines. Emergency and special circumstance cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed. Please note that registration fees do not include traveler's or cancellation insurance.

Requests received on or before April 10, 2009 receive a full refund less a processing fee of $25
Requests made between April 11 and May 10 receive 50% of the registration fee
No refunds will be issued after May 11, 2009
